One agent record, every surface: a roster pattern that stops a team site drifting out of date

Real estate has the fastest-rising cost-per-click of any measured industry — and refuses to average its two conversion rates

Inside one published vertical, residential agents convert at 1.29% and property management at 10.24%. The model refuses to average them, prices each channel to the job it actually does, and stops short of any claim it cannot source.

43% of buyers found their agent by referral — so the model treats the past-client list as the primary channel

Half of buyers find the house online and not quite half find the agent through somebody they know. Most real-estate budgets are aimed at the first number and judged against the second. The model funds the referral motion as a channel with a cadence and a report.
